Area of Focus:

Scott Cacurak is a partner in our audit and advisory services practice based in Los Angeles.  He has approximately 30 years of audit, accounting, and finance operations experience, 18 years as a partner with a global professional services firm, serving both public and privately-held middle market companies. Scott provides audit and advisory services to companies in various industries, including technology, media and entertainment, life sciences, manufacturing, services, and financial services.

Scott has led audits for various clients including public and privately held companies ranging from emerging growth, owner-managed businesses to global businesses with over $20 billion in revenues.  In addition, Scott has extensive experience in working on initial public offerings and financing transactions, also leading various due diligence assistance projects supporting the acquisitions of various targets by his private equity clients.   He has extensive experience serving as a technical and engagement quality reviewing partner. 

Business Experience:

Prior to joining TAAD, Scott was a partner in the assurance and transaction advisory services practices of two global professional services firms, based in Silicon Valley and Los Angeles, where he served in various leadership roles in the audit and transaction advisory services practices and served various SEC registrants and Private Equity-sponsored portfolio companies.   Previously, Scott was a senior manager in the Silicon Valley practices of KPMG and Deloitte and had also served as a controllership and interim-CFO role for various middle market companies.
