Meet Our Partner and Regional Manager
Vicky Jen serves as one of the Partners for TAAD LLP’s Taiwan sector. With over a decade of experience in Taiwan’s public accounting sector, Vicky has a proven track record of excellence in serving both domestic and international clients. Her expertise ranges from supporting development-stage businesses to advising mature enterprises, ensuring that financial statements comply with IFRS and TIFRS standards, as well as Taiwan’s SEC regulations. Vicky’s background includes significant roles at KPMG, where she worked with multinational corporations across various industries, and she has also served as Assistant CFO for AI medical products companies and private funds.
Stephen Chuang joins Vicky in leading the Taipei office as a Regional Manager, bringing his extensive background in financial management and auditing services. He has significant experience performing financial statement audits, internal control audits, and income tax filings across diverse industries. Stephen has held key roles as a Financial Analyst at Natixis Taipei Branch, Local Reporting Manager at HSBC Taiwan Limited, and Assistant Manager at KPMG, where he was instrumental in driving growth, optimizing financial performance, and deepening his expertise in the financial sector. His deep understanding of Taiwan’s regulatory landscape and ability to navigate complex financial environments make him an invaluable asset to TAAD LLP and its clients in the region.
