Yang is an audit partner with TAAD LLP. She is a professional with enormously strong diverse technical qualifications and an extensive background in business and accounting. She is also vastly experienced in auditing, reporting, and business consulting with PCAOB standards. Her precise area of specialty is compliance in manufacture, retail, and bio-tech industries. Additionally, she consults on a variety of complex accounting issues like convertible debts, derivative accounting, and stock-based compensation.
Business Experience:
Prior to joining TAAD LLP, Yang gained significant accounting experience in both public accounting and private industries. She has focused on biotech and manufacturing industries and has assisted a company in the process of a successful IPO. Furthermore, she has worked with a Nasdaq listed electric car and solar panel manufacturer company with an annual revenue of $140 million, where she assisted with public financial reporting preparation.
